Mondays
Zumba Gold at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesdays
Muscle Toning at 5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays
Pilates at 5:30 p.m.
Thursdays
Yoga at 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays
Yoga at 8:30 a.m.
Boot camp on a rotating basis. $20 extra per month (unlimited)
